Linner = Lunch + Dinner. A very intimate group of San Francisco Elites were treated to a sit-down “linner” at The Ramen Bar, the new San Francisco concept from Ken Tominaga and Michael Mina. The Ramen Bar blends rich California cooking philosophy with time-honored Japanese tradition to create a new variation of traditional ramen with West Coast style.
Using only the finest and freshest local ingredients farmed in the Bay Area, Ken Tominaga’s bent on the Japanese comfort food staple is elegant, flavorful, light and nuanced.
