Goodbye snow, hello spring! This month, Yelp Elites escaped the hustle and bustle of the District and got whisked away to the warmth and flavor of the Mediterranean. Chef Ethan McKee transported guests to coastal Italy, Spain and France with bites that celebrated the season such as freshly shucked oysters, chilled jumbo shrimp, lobster salad, homemade spring pea anglotti, duck charcuterie and more.
