The party at Tripes & Caviar was one for the history books here in Montreal. The Yelp Elite Squad told eachother awesome stories about their own adventures while enjoying all kinds of classic Campari and Aperol based cocktails. The chef-owner delivered each dish with love and fiery excitement that had everyone embracing their inner adventurous eater, digging in and discovering how incredibly delicious pig head pancetta and duck heart tartar can really be, and the Jackson Pollock dessert was a show-stopper of fire and hedonistic eating.
