The Randolph Rocks Brooklyn

The fine folks from Team Randolph have brought their unique blend of deliciously conceived comfort food and quality cocktails to South Williamsburg, and last night the Brooklyn Elite Squad got an exclusive taste! On an unassuming block of South 4th Street, this new spot sports gorgeous decor, shuffleboard and Ms. Pacman…any of which would be enough to get us through the door, even if they weren't also serving up some of the most scrumptious eats around. And of course, Tito's Handmade Vodka was on hand for the evening as a sponsor as the skills of the Randolph Brooklyn bar team shone through in their well balanced cocktails. Be sure to peep the reviews and photos for a tasty lil' rewind, and read on if you dare.

It wouldn't have been a party without our generous sponsor, Tito's Handmade Vodka. Nadia Z hasbeen told that "Tito's. The best vodka there is. Period." And after last night, she's got to agree! Briana H is also on board with the Randolph's cocktail program, saying the "muddled mint and blackberries briefly transported my brain to warmer climes." Much needed after all the snow!

As far as the food is concerned, the only thing anyone could have asked for was more! We'll have to head back because everything was craveworthy. Yelpers sampled all sorts of tasty treats from waffle fries to quinoa to hearty hummus. Basically, everything had folks begging for more, as you clearly can't go wrong with their menu. For his part, Deoroop was down with the Evil Sprouts (a must try), but it was the fried chicken thighs that he calls "disgustingly delicious." The menu includes awesome items that range from healthy to indulgent, and I know I'll be back for a full meal soon enough.

A huge thanks goes out to Dylan, Hari, Spring and the rest of the amazing Randolph Team for welcoming us in with open arms. Peep those photos from Melanie Fidler, and we'll catch you soon!
