MYO Arepas and Tequila Tromba Masterclass at Candela


John D put it best when he said "Candela – more awesomeness per square meter than any place I've been to for a while." On a hot Adelaide eve 15 Yelp Elite packed themselves into Candela, a vibrant cafe serving up traditional South American cuisine on tables and quirky bobble headed Jesus' and firey looking masks on the wall. And they proceeded to be schooled thanks to Mark Reginato's masterclass in Tequila Tromba and Nela and Carlos' helping Yelpers to make and stuff their own arepas with tender spicy meats. A few Paloma cocktails, arepas and churros with homemade dulce de leche later and Yelpers rolled home happy.
