Nashville Celebrates The Past, Present, And Future

Lotz Civil War House Museum

With each new year, we take time to reflect on the past as we embrace fresh starts and plan for the future. 40 Nashville Elites were brought together for a very special evening to light the importance of preserving the hallowed battle grounds at The Lotz Civil War House Museum where so many fought and died nearly 150 years ago. Executive Director J.T. Thompson gave an exclusive tour of the property that has been on the National Historic Register since 1976. Located in the heart of downtown historic Franklin, Tennessee, we sipped on wine, brew, and noshed on delicious hors d'oeuvres as we were taken back in time to the epicenter of the Battle of Franklin which was a pivotal battle in the Civil War on November 30, 1864.
