Buffalo Elites trekked to the city centre through snowy roads to show their love for downtown's newest gem. Perfetto, Italian for perfect opened their doors for Elites for an impressive food and drink sampling, as well as a private tour of the adjacent Market Arcade Complex. Let's let the photos do some of the story telling..
The tour highlighted the distinctive European architecture of one of
Buffalo's oldest buildings and America's very first shopping mall. With
retail shops just returning to this space, Dan K tells us that the tour "definitely gave him some ideas for places to go shop for some gifts when in need." Big thanks to Jaime Hargrove from J Christian Fashion Boutique for leading the tour and Novi Sasmita Batik for helping to put it together!
After the tour, Elites returned to the gorgeous renovated space at Perfetto to enjoy a buffet featuring a charcuterie spread, scallop ceviche, roasted veggies and pork along with ricotta gnocchi. Paula T's favorite was the ceviche and the ricotta gnocchi, while Coralie B raved about the ambiance of the restaurant: "The space is dark with romantic lighting, brick walls and industrial
ceilings. Definitely a nice setting for happy hour or a special night
Keyshaun S loved eating the food set out by chef Dana White. Previously at The Mansion, Keyshaun laments that "he's only cooked for a
hand full of people, Oprah, Obama and now me. Holla!!"
Tyler demonstrated his Opera singing abilities in six different languages as Yelpers continued to enjoy the food, cocktails and craft beers on a lazy Saturday afternoon. Mark S praises "the passion" exuded by "Peter, Tyler and Joelle in all that they did and said (and sang) last Saturday." A BIG thank you from all us! The photography for this event was professionally shot by Paul Fanara from Living In The Buff Studio, thanks Paul for the gracious photos!
