Yelpers dusted off their leather pants and chain collars to celebrate debauchery, music and pork belly at Yelp's November Rain!
Sushi Rock pulled out all the stops to make sure that our tastebuds found the stairway to heaven by rocking out an assortment of sushi, Kobe beef dumplings, and pork belly buns all night long. According to Justin C, "I honestly can't remember a time I've had so much sushi in one sitting, even at a few all-you-can-eat places!"
Guests also fueled up on snacks demanded by rock's greatest legends. Did you know that Van Halen was repulsed by brown M&Ms and that Marilyn Manson requested that Haribo gummy bears were served backstage at every one of his concerts? Theresa W, a rockstar in her own right, is a particular fan of the all green, mint M&Ms.
Faces by Arla was on hand to give Yelpers a KISS worthy face. Danny V reports: "Arla is not a face painter- she's an artist. She literally transformed Yelpers into monsters, rockers and butterflies…within a few minutes. She was wonderful. I'm trying to think of a party where I would need a face painter…because I want one."
Click and Flick was also in attendance capturing all of the fun! Linda C insists that stopping by their photo booth was a "must-do" at the event!
A big Obama sized fist bump to Tim Tolentino Photography for capturing the evening on camera! Check all the photos out here. If you want to catch more of the event buzz, hop over to the event listing to read all about the excitement from your fellow yelpers.
Until then…..Yelp Free, Die Hard!
